Who we are
Leadvance is a recruitment firm based in India. We help companies fill senior or specialised roles - usually positions where the right person isn't actively job-hunting and won't be found on job boards or LinkedIn.
That's why we wrote to you directly. Your background matches what a client is looking for.
How we found you
Through public professional information - your work history and experience. You weren't picked from a bought list or a shared database.
What happens if you reply
A short call, usually 15–20 minutes. We'll tell you about the role and figure out together if it's a fit.
If it's not, that's the end of it. No follow-ups. No adding you to a list.
If it is, we'll walk you through the company, the role, and the pay before you commit to anything.
Confidentiality
Your current employer will not be contacted or told anything, at any stage, unless you say so. This is true whether you take the role forward or not.
We also won't share your CV with anyone without your specific permission for a specific role.
Who pays us
The hiring company pays our fee, and only if you join them. You pay us nothing, ever. No fees for placement, CV help, or anything else.
Not the right role for you?
That's fine. If someone in your network might be a better fit, we'd be grateful for an introduction.
If you'd rather not hear from us again, just reply to our email and say so. We'll take you off the search.
